1. How to Create and Manage Activities in Workbook?


Action items and activity completed for a specific opportunity can be tracked as an Activity in PreSkale. Outcome, Time Spent and Activity Description can be tracked for an Activity in PreSkale. Activities can be accessed under the Calendar and Activities section.



2. How to create Activity in Workbook or in a Deal?


Step 1: In the Activity side panel, click on the ‘Add New’ Button 

Step 2: Update the Task information in the Text box,


  • Tag Account and Opportunity 
  • Tag Activity Outcome
  • Description (Type in the task description)
  • Activity Date (Users must select a due date for the task to be created)
  • Activity Time Spent 


Step 3: Select the user to whom the task is assigned to and the due date. 
Note: An email notification will be sent out to the if the Task is assigned to a different user instantly.

Step 4: Click on 'Add Button' to create the new task
