Create and Manage PreSkale Deals

If users work on deals that are not yet created in the CRM, PreSkale deals can be created to start tracking work done. And once the deal is actually created in the CRM, the placeholder deal can be merged with the CRM deal. This enables teams to track work done the moment they start working on the deal.
