In order to setup the PreSkale Integration, the following items are required,
- API Key
- Freshworks CRM URL
- Deals and Account URL ID
- Custom Field Internal name

1. API Key
Step 1: Navigate to Settings from within the My Profile Button on the top right corner.
Step 2: Navigate to API Settings and verify reCAPTCHA under the API AUTHENTICATION section.
Step 3: Share the API Key (as highlighted in screenshot below)
2. Freshworks CRM URL
Share your Freshworks URL (highlighted as in screenshot below)
3. Deals and Account URL ID
Share the following Unique URL IDs from Deals and Accounts URL
a. Deal ID
Navigate to Open Deals view in your pipeline and share the unique ID within the URL (as highlighted in the screenshot below)
b. Closed Won Deal ID
Navigate to Won Deals view in your pipeline and share the unique ID within the URL (as highlighted in the screenshot below)
c. Closed Lost Deal ID
Navigate to Lost Deals view in your pipeline and share the unique ID within the URL (as highlighted in the screenshot below)
d. Account ID
Navigate to All Accounts view and share the unique ID within the URL (as highlighted in the screenshot below)
4. Internal name of Custom Field
Share the internal name of the custom field set-up for Presales/Solution Engineer. Please refer to this article for assistance.
