1. Why are Custom Sections?


Custom section helps teams collect and analyse data across the active deals that are being managed. The collected data can be used to analyse customers and how to work with them. Sections can be completely customised with fields such as text, drop downs, numbers, date field, and radio button and have the option to be written back to the CRM.


2. How to access Custom Sections?


Custom sections are meant to be filled with data relevant to your deals.

Step 1: Select 'Custom Sections' tab under the Overview Section in the presentation view of a deal.

Step 2: Within the left navigation panel, users can select the relevant Custom section. Each custom section can be used to collect specific information related to a function.

Step 3: Input data into the relevant fields and click 'Save' to save your input.




2. Can Custom Fields be written back to CRM?


Yes, Custom Fields can be written back to CRM Fields. PreSkale has integrations with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot CRM and Freshsales.
