1. Why Manage Solutions in PreSkale?
PreSkale helps users track the solutioning done to close a deal. Documenting the technical solution part of all deals would help the users, managers, and leaders understand how their product stands in the market and how effective are they in solving the customer's pain points.
2. How to add a solution use-case in the Evaluation plan?
Step 1: Click on the '+ Add Solution' button on the Evaluation page of the desired deal.
Step 2: Based on the customer's use case, select the module that would help the user in resolving the pain point.
Note: Similar use-case refers to use-cases added by your team-mates in deals that are under the same cohort as the active deal under your name. This will provide you with context and a better understanding of how the module and feature are being used in similar scenarios.
Step 3: In the Use-case section, add the complete use-case/pain point shared by your customer.
Step 4: Select the features that will help you in addressing the shared use-case/pain points.
Step 5: Based on how well you are able to resolve the use-case, users must select how good they are able to solve the use-case in terms of percent.
For instance, 0% referring that the use-case added is unsolvable and 100% referring that the use-case added is completely solved with the product.
Step 6: Users can tag,
- Competitors that solve this use-case or mentioned by the customer
- Linked Persona refers to the user persona that is linked to the use case/pain point.
Note: If you are unable to find any Competitors in the given list, please type the competing company's name and click on Add button to add it to the list. The same applies to Linked Persona.
