Elements of a Meeting in PreSkale Calendar
I. Calendar details comprise of;
Meeting Link
Attendees Email IDs / Meeting Participants
II. Calendar outcomes comprise of;
- Account and Opportunity
Users must select the relevant opportunity for which that particular meeting is created or scheduled for. - Outcome
Users must select the relevant outcome and associate the reason for that meeting. - Event
There are 3 Event types;
1. External Event - Any meeting scheduled with external participants / stakeholders to complete action items for an opportunity.
2. Internal Event - Any meeting scheduled with internal collaborators for completing action items for opportunity or non-opportunity related work such as sales catch-up etc.
Note: Associate opportunities to internal meetings if required to include time spent.
3. Personal Event - Any meeting scheduled for meetings such as Busy, DND, Gym, Lunch etc.,
Update All Checkbox
A check box that allows to tag series meetings, allowing users to bulk update data.
III. Icons in the PreSkale Calendar;
Meeting Icons | Definition |
Refers to Tagged Meetings. Meetings with Outcome, Opportunity information updated. | |
Refers to Auto-Tagged Meetings. Meetings with Outcome, Opportunity information auto-tagged based on automation. | |
Refers to Un-Tagged Meetings. Either the outcome or the opportunity information is missing for the meeting. | |
Refers to Un-Tagged Meetings and that the Opportunity information is missing in the meeting details. | |

IV. Colour Codes in the PreSkale Calendar;
The Colour of the meeting depends on the Meeting type and Event details,
1. Blue colour indicates that external contacts are involved in the meeting (people outside of your company)
2. Green colour indicates that it’s an internal meeting for you or within your team. The user just has to select the deal from the opportunity dropdown to associate it.
3. Purple colour indicates that it’s an internal meeting for you or within your team and a meeting that has been scheduled for work such as Data update, GTM enablement meetings, SKO etc.,
4. Grey Colour indicates these are Personal meetings such as lunch and gym.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does an Untagged meeting mean? What does a Caution Icon on time blocks/meeting mean?
Meetings in which the calendar outcomes are not updated are called Untagged Meeting. The caution icon (⚠️) in a particular meeting indicates that the meeting is not tagged to an opportunity or an outcome. Only tagged meetings are considered for reporting in PreSkale, hence, users are requested to update calendar outcomes for all the meetings.
2. How to update calendar outcomes to a meeting? How to tag meetings?
Please follow the following steps to update calendar outcomes for a particular meeting,
Step 1: Click on the meeting with the Caution Icon. The calendar outcome panel opens up in workbook.
Step 2: Fill in the sync details with requisite information
Step 3: Click on Update button to tag a meeting.
